The hotel restaurant
CASE LATINE offers several culinary options, either outdoors with a panoramic view of our mountains and the Ostriconi valley, or in the intimate ambiance of the indoor restaurant.
From 8 AM to 10:30 AM, for hotel guests, we serve a sweet and savory buffet with a wide selection of quality products: cakes, homemade jams, cereals, granola, dried fruits, various seeds, and freshly squeezed fruit juices for a healthy breakfast. We also offer local charcuterie, cheeses, honey, regional 'canistrelli' biscuits, and traditional pastries, as well as eggs prepared in various forms.
From 12 PM to 2:30 PM: After a walk or a swim, when your appetite is sharp and the sun is high, you can choose to have lunch in the shade or in the sun, on the terrace or inside the restaurant.
Our menu features simple and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine with carefully selected local products, accompanied by a fine selection of Corsican wines.
From 3 PM to 6:30 PM, we offer continuous service to quench your thirst or enjoy a scoop of artisanal ice cream.
Starting at 6:30 PM, it's time for an apéritif-lounge atmosphere: COCKTAILS and SHARING PLATTERS!
From 7:30 PM, as the light changes and the stone walls take on a beautiful orange hue, the day fades away and the setting sun offers us a dazzling spectacle every evening.The CASE LATINE restaurant opens its doors. You will need to climb another flight of stairs to access the rooftop, where you can savor your evening.
The restaurant is open to external visitors. Due to our small size, we recommend that you reserve your table.
