Our small size and geographic situation that all cancellations significantly affect our business and possibilities of replacement bookings are slight. Thus the following conditions are necessary :

DEPOSIT
Firm bookings are only garanteed on receipt of 30% deposit of total reservation costs. This deposit is deducted from your account at the end of your stay. It can be paid by bank cheque to "HOTEL CASE LATINE", and should arrive within 7 days of your initial reservation- if not, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Alternatively, Visa or Mastercard credit cards are accepted- the card number and expiry date will be required to allow immediate processing.

CANCELLATION
According to French civil law all booking deposits remain definitively vested. Nevertheless, if you cannot keep your reservation, and only if the hotel is notified in writing, 30 days in advance, your booking can be changed to another date in the same year.

MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
Unless the hotel is previously advised, all "no show" will result in the automatic cancellation of the remainder of the booking and the invoicing of one night at breakfast rates as matter of compensation, as well as the loss of the deposit. If not previously notified 48 hours before your date of expected departure, all interruptions to your stay will incur an account equalling 2 nights of breakfast as compensation as well as the loss of deposit calculated on remaining nights.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Your accommodation will be ready to welcome you from 3pm. On the day of your departure please vacate your room by 11 am. For any late departure, a bagagerie will be provided you with.

The pets are not accepted in the hotel.
